This is a great under-the-stairs storage space used by management/maintenance in a multi-tenant rental house.
The space features shelving, a window for natural light, and a mounted grinder from the former house manager.
Over time, the space became overwhelmed with discarded household items and replaced components mixed together with new items for use (such as packages of vinyl plank flooring, additional fixtures and hardware, tools, landscaping equipment, painting supplies, maintenance products) so that the area was completely inefficient and inaccessible.
The current house manager threatened to board up the room and never open the door again.
With a bit of decluttering and organization, we transformed the room to enhance efficiency...even providing space for the current house manager on this useful work table. There was plenty of room to keep tools and supplies within reach while preserving the integrity of the custom original pieces of this historic home.

The current house manager was excited about the project, and will finish it up by adding a new surface to the floor.
